When your items sell you have the option of receiving a check or store credit.
ONCE YOU HAVE CHOSEN YOUR ACCOUNT TYPE IT IS PERMANENT!!
Check Account: When your items sell you will receive 40% of the sale price.
The system will generate a check once you have reached $10.00 In sales.
Checks are generated on the 15th of each month and are good for 90 days. It is your responsibility to ensure your check is picked up!!! You will be able to check your account on the Resale Rewards App or on the Sassy Girls Consignment website. The shop now has a online secretary who will schedule your appointment & provide your account details. If you have store credit, or a check waiting for you. We are excited to step into the 21st Century. You can access your account in our Consignor Portal or in our Resale Rewards App. Ask us how you can start earning rewards today!
Credit Account: When your items sell you will receive 50% of the sale price.
Store credit may be used in any of our Sassy Girls locations.
Store credit may under NO circumstances be redeemed as cash or check.

Appointments:
All consignors MUST have an appointment. Items will not be accepted without an appointment. We require a minimum of 15-20 items for intake.
Your appointment is an open reservation to come in during intake hours of a specific week. Our intake days are Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday between the hours of 10am-2pm, in Sylva, NC. In Waynesville, NC intake days are Tuesday and Wednesday from 10am-2pm.

Appointments take approximately 20 minutes. Be prepared to drop off your items, shop in someone else’s closet, then take items we cannot accept.
Items: When evaluating clothing, we accept and price items based on our standards. Items remain in the store for 90 days. After 90 days we work with local partners to ensure the clothes are being put to good use. Consignment intake is a process that continues after you leave the shop. First, we make rapid assessments during your consignment appointment about what to accept (based on style, condition & presentability). Secondly, your bin of accepted items is examined more closely by a store pricer who rechecks condition as well as current appeal, using online resources & our extensive in-house database. Thirdly, your items are ticketed & readied for store display-this may involve buttoning, zipping, opening, plugging in or other testing. Lastly, employees or customers can still find problematic items on the sales floor that must be reduced for sale or donated. If at any of these checkpoints your item fails to meet our standards- for example, a tear, stain, hanger warping, shoulder fading, dust, odor, broken hardware, excessive lint or hair we will donate it or significantly reduce its price “as is”. We do our very best to sell your clothes & decor quickly & at fair prices. If you ever have questions about our process, please ask.
Freshly laundered (no lint, wrinkles or pet hair)
Neatly folded, off hangers and in laundry baskets or something similar. NO TRASH BAGS, please! Trash bags cause wrinkles preventing us from displaying items.
Free of strong odors.
Shoes free of dust, dirt and labels.
Sassy Girls accepts in-season items. Please call to find out exactly what season is currently being accepted or if there is a pause on any specific clothing items.
With home decor or kitchen items, please clean/wash/windex before dropping off. We accept home decor and kitchen items that would be found in boutiques (think shops in downtown and tourist locations).
We do not accept brands from Walmart, Target, Dollar General or SHEIN
